We're working through Article 50 transparency requirements — specifically around disclosing AI-generated content and maintaining documentation for high-risk systems. The gap between what the regulation says and what's technically feasible for automated content pipelines is significant. We've mapped our systems against the risk tiers, but the technical documentation requirements (training data provenance, model lineage, performance metrics across demographics) are heavy for a mid-size team.
