Istio sidecar memory leak after 14d

Envoy sidecars in Istio 1.20 slowly consume memory over 14 days until OOMKilled. No config change. Access logs show normal traffic. How do you isolate if it's connection pooling, telemetry buffering, or mTLS handshake cache?
