Rust vs Go for high-throughput network proxy

Evaluating Rust (Tokio) vs Go for a TCP/HTTP proxy handling 50k+ concurrent connections. Go is faster to iterate, but Rust's zero-cost abstractions could reduce GC pauses. Anyone benchmarked both under sustained 10Gbps load?
